About Me
I’m Rawan Kobeissi, a product designer with over 8 years of experience shaping thoughtful, scalable, and AI-integrated systems across enterprise SaaS platforms. Currently at Microsoft, I led the design for their first Copilot agents within Dynamics 365, bridging human-centered UX with LLM-powered workflows to serve enterprise-scale complexity.
My approach is grounded in systems thinking, visual craft, and a deep commitment to human-centered design. I hold a Master’s in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts, where I focused on the intersection of emerging technology, social impact, and inclusive design. This foundation, combined with a background in graphic design and type systems, enables me to think holistically, balancing product strategy with nuanced interaction and visual design.
I thrive at the intersection of logic and intuition, translating abstract ideas into structured, usable systems that still feel human.
How I work
I design with both the system and the moment in mind, zooming out to architect scalable frameworks, and zooming in to fine-tune the details that shape trust, clarity, and usability.
My process is quick, iterative, and collaborative. I prototype early to align teams, uncover edge cases, and de-risk ambiguity. I treat design as a continuous conversation between intent and outcome, grounded in research, but always open to change as the product evolves.
I believe great product design requires both structure and soul, a clear foundation that can scale, and enough flexibility to adapt with the user and the business.
Key themes in how I work:
Think in systems: I look for patterns and build design solutions that scale across flows, roles, teams and even orgs.
Design to learn: Fast, scrappy prototyping helps surface the unknowns and drive early alignment.
Build clarity: Whether through visuals, writing, or flows, I reduce friction and ambiguity across the experience.
Move with context: Data, user stories, and business goals all inform how I prioritize and shape product decisions.
Lead collaboratively: I create momentum through clarity, open critique, and shared ownership across functions.
